UndaMeta Leso

The UndaMeta Leso, is a beautifully designed piece of material made of pure cotton. Lesos are well loved in East Africa. All of our lesos have the traditional borders (pindo) and are designed with bold, vibrant prints by independent designers. Some of our more contemporary designs, however, break a few rules, such as having no borders. The majority of our industrially printed UndaMeta Lesos are printed in three colors; the key (black) and two spot colours.

A pair of these lesos is known as a gora. A gora of lesos is joined along the width of the fabric. We supply your lesos cut and packed as a gora.

Our buyers will receive industrially printed gora. These 2500 leso pieces (1250 gora) will each be printed as a complete pattern measuring 165 x 116 cm.
