Description

This piece was directly inspired by the traditional shield used by the Maasai community in Kenya. I split it along its line of symmetry -creating two halves of the shield, which I then made a motif with, using the half-drop technique to finalize the motif, which is repeated to create the pattern. Colour ways available in yellow orange, pink purple and grey scale.
